- 02Strategy of TEOXANE in 2026 Unlike competitors who merely swap plastic for paper, TEOXANE has engineered systemic change across its entire value chain. Their 2026 strategy is built on four pillars: Material Innovation, Carbon Neutrality, Clinical Transparency, and Community Impact. Each pillar is backed by third-party certifications, public impact reports, and real-time supply chain tracking. Material Innovation: TEOXANE has replaced 92% of single-use plastic components in its injector kits with plant-based, compostable polymers derived from corn starch and sugarcane. The new BioPack™ system reduces packaging weight by 67% and decomposes in under 180 days in industrial composting facilities. Carbon Neutrality: By 2026, all TEOXANE manufacturing facilities—including its Geneva headquarters and production site in France—run on 100% renewable energy. The company has invested €12M in on-site solar microgrids and purchased verified carbon offsets for residual emissions, achieving ISO 14064-1 certification. Clinical Transparency: Every product now includes a QR code linking to a public dashboard showing the product’s carbon footprint, water usage, and ethical sourcing data—from hyaluronic acid fermentation to final packaging. Community Impact: TEOXANE partners with NGOs like Plastic Bank to fund ocean plastic collection in coastal regions where its products are distributed. For every 100 units sold, one kilogram of plastic is removed from marine ecosystems. These aren’t marketing buzzwords—they’re audited outcomes. In 2025 alone, TEOXANE reduced its Scope 3 emissions by 41% year-over-year and diverted 3.2 metric tons of plastic waste from landfills. Their 2026 goal: a 60% reduction in lifecycle emissions compared to 2020 baseline levels.

- 04Corporate Social Responsability (CSR) Since it was founded in 1986, LPG® has been working to improve the health, beauty and wellness of everyone through innovative, non-aggressive and ethical technologies. Our CSR policy is rooted in our strong DNA and builds upon it by supporting our professional customers in growing their businesses while enhancing workplace well-being for our employees. From the beginning, we have embraced a responsible business model that prioritises short supply chains and a circular economy, giving our machines multiple lives. We also remain committed to transparency and accountability with all our stakeholders. A dedicated CSR committee, led by our CEO, meets monthly to shape our CSR strategy and oversee its implementation. Recognising that CSR is a collective effort, we launched the “LPG® For The Planet” initiative this year. This volunteer-driven collective identifies and implements actions to help reduce the environmental impact of our business. In practical terms, this means: Our Charter of Responsibilities, our commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion, which guides our day-to-day decision-making. To minimise our environmental impact, we have accelerated the development of innovative skincare products that are more eco-responsible: This includes ensuring the safety of raw materials through a highly restrictive exclusion list, alongside the use of upcycled ingredients, such as rambutan sourced from agricultural waste and collagen derived from sustainable fishing practices. We have done away with excess packaging, such as overwrapping and labels, and now use tubes containing a minimum of 50% recycled plastic. Finally, the majority of our skincare products are manufactured in the Rhône-Alpes region by a partner actively pursuing an ambitious CSR policy of its own.
