Special requests are not cancellable/not refundable. - LESS THAN 48 HOURS before the booking : Call us for rescheduling. Additional charge may apply when rescheduling or cancelling. Abo / Subscription plan / Booking with deposit : Not cancellable and not refundable. However, single sessions could be rescheduled for free during the plan period.
