Hyaluronidase (Hylase Dessau®) is a hyaluronic acid-metabolizing enzyme, which has been shown to enhance drug diffusion and thereby increasing the efficacy of local anesthetics.
Hyaluronidase is an enzyme especially effective in treating the fibrosis associated to cellulite. This active ingredient prevents the hyperpolymerization of glycosaminoglycans responsible for water retention, acting directly to remove the retained liquid and reduce the adipocytes volume.
Hyaluronidase dissolve hyaluronic acid. In that sense, it is also used to remove hyaluronic acid fillers, in case you like to remove quickly and painlessly (to be  executed by professional only).
